About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the World Map & Countries mobile application on iOS and Android and to the website at allcountries.app (together, the “Application”), provided by Hello World Games Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The Application is offered as an ad-supported service with optional Premium purchases, and is intended for use as is.
Information we collect
When you download and use the Application, we may collect certain information, including:
- Your device’s IP address
- The pages or features you use and the date and time of use
- The time spent in the Application
- Your device’s operating system
- Your device’s advertising identifier (for example Google Advertising ID / AAID on Android or IDFA on iOS), when available
How we use information
We may use the collected information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Application
- Personalize content and understand usage trends
- Communicate important updates, required notices, or promotional offers
Advertising & AdMob
Our Application displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain information from your device to show ads, measure their performance, and help prevent fraud.
Data that may be collected by AdMob and partners can include advertising identifiers; IP address and approximate location derived from IP; device and network information; and app interactions used for ad delivery, frequency capping, reporting, and fraud detection.
Personalized vs. non-personalized ads. In some regions (for example the EEA/UK), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent for personalized ads. You can choose non-personalized ads, which use contextual information rather than your past activity.
- Where available, use the in-app consent dialog to switch between personalized and non-personalized ads.
- Manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Delete advertising ID; you may also opt out of ads personalization.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; you can also limit Apple Advertising or reset the IDFA.

Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information to help us provide and improve the product. Please review their privacy policies:

- OpenAI (when you use Atlas AI / Ask AI features)
When you use AI chat features, the text you enter is sent to the AI provider to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information in AI chats.
Opt-out rights
You may stop collection of information by uninstalling the Application at any time using your device’s standard uninstall process. You can also use the advertising and tracking controls described above.
Data retention
We retain information as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of your data, contact us at thehelloworld.apps@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe your child has shared personal data with us, please contact us at thehelloworld.apps@gmail.com.
Security
We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the information we process and maintain. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
